We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping – £12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Trackable service with regular updates
2. Free Shipping
- Available on orders over £50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Important Safety Notice
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Bike helmets
- Body armour
These items must meet strict safety standards and cannot be resold once they’ve left our warehouse.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return request
- Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information
- We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided, including the RMA number clearly on the package
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (additional shipping charges may apply)
